Your trust matters to us. This page explains what personal data Pretty Little Nails collects, why, and how you can control it.
What data we collect
When you book an appointment we store your name, email address, phone number, the requested date, time and service, and any notes you add. You provide this data yourself in the booking form.
Why we use your data
To confirm and manage your appointment, send a reminder before it, ask for feedback afterwards, and — for clients with a Croatian phone number — offer a rebooking about two weeks later. We never sell or share your data for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data to carry out the appointment (contract), for our legitimate interest in staying in touch about your visit, and with your consent for third-party widgets like the map and Instagram.
Service providers
Emails are sent through Resend. The website is hosted on Base44. The map is provided by Google, the Instagram feed by Behold. Each provider only receives the data strictly needed to deliver its service.
How long we keep your data
Booking details are kept while your appointment is active and for a short period afterwards for follow-ups. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data, object to further processing, and withdraw consent at any time. The rebooking email always includes an unsubscribe link.
